#### Highlights from this week’s Webinar <a href="#highlightsfromthisweekswebinar" id="highlightsfromthisweekswebinar"></a>

**Tough Love**

This week we closed out the first of Tuckman’s 5 stages, Forming. We learn ways of letting the review task itself set the high bar in reviews so that students and teachers can be come helpful feedback givers as we offer support and encouragement with feedback phrases that takes the sting out of potentially hurtful language. We look at reviews written from instructors from a wide variety of disciplines to see the various ways we can set a high bar via the review tasks we write.ments that praise, build confidence and lead to effective revisions.

**Next Week**

* Our March 5 topic: **Storming: “I’m not getting good feedback.”**

**Peer Learning with Eli Review**
